Shipping

Orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days via USPS or FEDEX, once payment has been RECEIVED and CLEARED. Our goal is to ship by the next business day.

I am not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise once it has been shipped. If you choose USPS as your shipping option, I strongly recommend purchasing insurance.

Free shipping on orders of $75 or more applies only to the Continental United States (excluding Alaska & Hawaii). Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii will be sent a request for payment through PayPal for the actual shipping charges after the order has been packed & weighed.

The shipping method for orders receiving free shipping will be determined by Nutty Bums.

International orders will ship via USPS Priority.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on items that have not been washed or worn within 14 days after the receipt of merchandise, excluding custom made items. We suggest trying diapers on your baby over a disposable to ensure proper sizing BEFORE you wash them. YOU MUST CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING THE PRODUCT. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Customer will be refunded for the value of the merchandise less a 5% restocking fee. Original shipping charges will not be refunded for returned items. If the item(s) being returned was eligable for free shipping, the customer will be refunded the value of the merchandise less a 5% restocking fee AND the original shipping charges.

Exchanges to Nutty Bums™ brand items may vary due to availability of fabrics. Returns of custom Nutty Bums™ items, is at our discretion since everyone’s tastes are different, some custom items may be difficult to resell. We will repair or replace defective Nutty Bums™ brand items 30 days from the date of receipt of merchandise. If an item cannot be repaired, an exact replacement is dependent on fabric availability. Please keep in mind that these items are handmade and minor imperfections are to be expected. Customer is responsible for return shipping. If the item was defective we will ship the repaired/replaced item back to you at our expense.

Used and second quality merchandise is sold “as is” and may not be returned for any reason.

Contact us about any mistakes on your order, or if you have received defective items, within 10 business days of receipt of merchandise and we will resolve the issue immediately.

Please note that we try to display the best possible representation of the color of our products, but because computers display colors differently they might not always be exact.

Payments

We currently accept money orders, payments by RME (Revolution Money Exchange) and credit cards are accepted via PayPal. You do NOT have to have a PayPal account to pay by credit card. If you wish to pay with a money order please contact us for the address. Orders paid via RME may have a slight delay as the request for payment through RME is done manually at this time.

Tax

All orders shipped within the State of Ohio will be charged 6.25% sales tax.
