Oxy-Boost to the Rescue!

The other day I decided to put some grape juice in sippy cups for my twins to drink. It was not the white grape juice, no it was the stuff that stains. Unfortunately, one of the lids was missing a piece and did not do it's job. The next thing I know my husband is having a cow and saying there is grape juice everywhere.

I wasn't too worried about the carpet because I knew that
Bac-Out would take care of that, but I thought the cream colored shirt my daughter was wearing would be ruined. This was a perfect opportunity to see just how good this Oxy-Boost really works.

I added two scoops of the
Oxy-Boost to just a little bit of hot water in my sink, waited for it to dissolve and then added cold water. I swished the shirt around and let it soak, swished it around and let it soak some more. Wouldn't you know it, I can't even tell anything was ever spilled on it!

Here's the "after" picture, unfortunately I didn't think about taking a "before" picture, maybe next time. She had both sleeves soaked in grape juice and spilled all down the front.

Double Trouble

OK, so people always say twins are double trouble. I didn't think they were that much harder, in some ways, than a singleton, but in recent months I can see where the "title" came from.

Our bedroom is at one end of the house and we usually spend most of our time at the other. I usually have the door closed so that little hands don't get into something they shouldn't. Well, with the door closed it gets cold in there! So this evening I decided to leave the door open because I was leaving shortly and my MIL was coming to watch the girls and they would be going to bed.

I decided to check a few things on the computer before leaving (our office is at the other end of the house). I knew they were back there because it was quiet, but I ignored it. Well when I went back to check on them they had taken down a glass dish from my dresser where I keep my earrings. They also took down a container of styling cream I use on my hair. Unfortunately, they put the two of these together!

Needless to say, I shooed them out, closed the door and haven't gone back to clean up. I don't know exactly how I'm going to clean the gunk from my earrings, but I will have to go back there... eventually... soon.

Keeping me busy lately

I have been keeping busy lately with the business and my 3 girls! This is the last week of Business Boot Camp, by the WAHM Mall. If you're a WAHM (Work At Home Mom) and need some help in fine tuning your website and business goals, among many other things, this is the place to go! My website has come a long way in 6 weeks!

My twin girls, who are now 26 months old, are in the process of PL (Potty Learning). This is good in some ways and not so good in others. It will be wonderful not to have to be changing diapers on two bums, but I'm not rushing them. I want to be able to test all of the products I'm carrying in my store so that I speak to customers with first hand experience, but once they're using the potty I'll be out of test subjects, with none on the way... yet!

I'm working on a trainer pattern, which is perfect timing for my girls. I'm just having a hard time trying to find the time to work on it! The girls are doing a great job at using the potty, but I think right now they are more interested in the Skittle they get for leaving a deposit!

Working on adding valuable content to my website is time consuming too. And I don't know how much time I've spent wondering how many, what color, and what types of diapers to order for inventory!

That's it for now. My little herd has informed me they are hungry again!
